Prosecute those that actually broke laws.
This guy apparently was waived in to the Capitol by a police officer, did not destroy or damage property, and was not trying to rile up the crowd,

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A federal judge on Wednesday issued the first acquittal in a criminal trial stemming from the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, saying prosecutors failed to prove their case against a New Mexico man facing misdemeanor charges.

There should be acquittals for 90% of the people that went into the capital that day.

Is it a crime to "try to rile up the crowd"?

This is America 2022, so no telling, wouldn't surprise me. The Capitol used to be known as 'The People's House'.
Today, the elites are the only ones who are welcome.

You have NO IDEA how many of them are guilty of crimes.

Your statement is ridiculous.

Why not just shut up about it and let the courts work it out?

That goes for ALL of you losers on both sides of this issue.

Because the courts are punishing people who were waved into the capital by capital police and guards. Many of them didn't break or steal anything. The vast majority of them weren't there for anything more than selfies.

This was a judge that was nominated by Trump. By Trump's logic, he should have recused himself.

That is so much bullshit. The very same Republican congressman was barricading the door to keep the terrorists out.

You call it BS. I don't.
You deny the fact that capital security allowed a lot of those people in. So you're point is nil.
You call those walking around, not harming anyone or anything, terrorist. <<<That's BS. Because terrorist harm people. That's what makes them terrorist.

Why so much drama? Does it stem from the brainwashing you've been subjected to?
