Finally, now you are saying Republicans killed the Bill whereas before, it was Trump.

Republicans definitely killed the Bill without Trump. The Bill was conditioned upon Ukraine funding and the terms of the Border security enforcement weren’t strong enough.

Clearly, the final Bill was not bipartisan.,
