For all those who might be sweltering in the heat today...

Dry heat in South Texas? :laughing0301:
I wish!!! Last time I was in Vegas they all complained about 105. It was pleasant as far as I was concerned.
The thing I hated was my lips cracking and bleeding and getting nose bleeds because of the lack of humidity.
It's extremely humid in south Texas!!!
That is the drugs , not the heat . 🎺

Stupid. Why would anybody move when you can just stay indoors with the AC on?

I've ran my AC one time so far this Summer. It still gets down in the upper 50's at night.

Being in the lower 80's with a warm sea breeze has been dreadful for us! I want my clear skies, no humidity, and in the 70's back! Damn it!!!! :D

Well I guess usually in places over a hundred have dry heat.. at least to my knowledge since I've been to Albuquerque New Mexico before.

They're far from the coast and there's not much water to begin with.
In the summer months the wind comes off the Gulf of Mexico and it's loaded with moisture.

Idk what the temp was today, I'd reckon near body temperature or a little more.

Do stuff for a little bit, cool off for 2 minutes, lather, rinse, repeat.

It was hot today, but I'm kinda Southern Fried anyway. I've seen hotter.

This was one of those days where heat mitigation comes into play.

If somebody didn't know what they were doing, they could have stroked out today, easy.
