As I said, the vast majority of food we Americans eat as a whole comes from large scale farms and meat processing plants, all of whom use illegal immigrant labor because no Americans are lining up to do it.

Once again, we need immigration reform to make the labor supply meet the labor demand.

I have no doubt these good people would prefer to be here legally and would be if they could.

If you get meat from a processing plant you don’t need a butcher
