Do my brothers and sisters down south believe me yet?

35 Years of information I have provided so that your nation can understand in granular detail how the violations of citizens rights and pursuits has sunk out nation spiritually, socially and economically.

Now we have the Human Rights Commission calling out how horrific it is here after decades of violations by agencies enforcing a caste system.

They are going to destroy me all because I caught them and exposed them. They are killing us here and even those of us with principle who want out we are stuck here, permanent prisoners from birth,

Canada’s worsening economic conditions now amount to a “human rights crisis,” according to the Canadian Human Rights Commission, which warns rising costs, housing shortages and growing poverty are putting basic living standards at risk.

Blacklock's Reporter says in a report submitted as part of Canada’s latest international review, the commission said the country is facing one of its most difficult economic periods in generations, with more Canadians struggling to afford essentials.

“This review takes place as Canada faces some of the most significant challenges in generations including a substantial cost of living crisis which at its core is a human rights crisis,” the commission wrote.

“As an alarming number of people in Canada face food insecurity as well as increasing levels of poverty and homelessness, the fundamental human right to an adequate standard of living is at risk.”

The report pointed to gaps in federal law, noting that while legislation such as the 2019 National Housing Strategy Act recognizes a right to housing, there is little legal recourse when those rights are not met.

Dragonlady ?

Hmmmm?

There are two types of people in Canada, they live on two different sides of the road, not due to accomplishment or ingenuity but due to government nepotism. I have always viewed her as being on the easy street side. A covert police states drives our best citizens out of the country for a reason...

Prometheus Bound

Despite their twin powers, neither Rightist nor Leftist parasites will ever be able mooch much off "From Each According to His Ability." That goes in the wrong direction; talent must own itself or it will shrivel.

No wonder when you've had this kind of "leadership".

Sure, I must have forced the Human Rights Commission to make this declaration. You will only believe whatever a fellow fascist tells you I presume.

Find some character you are embarrassing yourself. Perhaps you don't respect those who lost their lives for liberty but I do.

The OP is citing an article from Western Standard News - an extreme right wing website which is questionable at best.

  • Overall, we rate the Western Standard Right Biased based on story selection and editorial positions that routinely favor a conservative perspective. We also rate them Mixed for factual reporting due to poor sourcing techniques and a few failed fact checks.

The article cites a report from Blacklock Reporter submitted to the Human Rights Commission, not a report issued by the Canadian Human Rights Commission, but rather a submission to the commission, by a right wing source trying to undermine the government.
  • Overall, we rate Blacklock’s Reporter as Right-Center biased for its critical focus on government, particularly Liberal policies, often using loaded language. It is rated Mostly Factual for generally reliable investigative work, though selective framing and limited ownership transparency reduce its factual rating.

In other words, this is right wing propaganda and not an actual report issued by the Commission.

shocked canadian is still a lying piece of shit who will say anything to undermine the Canada. I still don't believe he's Canadian at all because he gives no indication that he knows anything about life in Canada.

Conservatives in Canada are desperate to undermine Carney's Liberal government since Carney's popularity has only gone up since he was elected. Carney's approval rating is 63% according to a recent Angus Reid poll. At the same time, Poilievre's approval rating continues to drop like a stone.

No nation is perfect, but our government is working to resolve the housing crisis with an aggressive construction program, and reduced impost costs, but it's not going to happen overnight.

When Trudeau announced increased immigration at the end of the pandemic, after two years of no new housing being built, my first comment was "Where are we going to put them?" because we were already experiencing a housing shortage without adding 1.5 million new people a year for 3 years.

But no, there is no "human rights crisis" in Canada.

You are not too curious are you? I am offended once again. My family have been here for over a century, first from the near-slave farming mountains of Scotland to the Gaelic/Acadian mix of the strongest of men who worked like an ox just to make enough to feed their families.

Canada has lost its soul and America is no longer providing us favourable trading status primarily due to human right violations. I will be damned if I will allow cowards to spit on the memory of brave men who died on the beaches of Normandy for my freedom.

You keep pointing at America as the problem. I watch my grandfather work harder than any man I knew, double OT shifts, drive hours, sleep for three and do another shift. With his work effort and sharp mind, he would have been a millionaire in America.

Are these "far right sites"?

Office of the United Nations Human Rights (they have hear from me in the past)

The Canadian Human Rights Commission has raised concerns about the state of Canada's economy, indicating that it may now represent a "human rights crisis." This warning comes amidst significant discussions during the UN Human Rights Committee's review of Canada, where experts highlighted issues related to labor rights, Indigenous rights, and inequalities affecting marginalized communities.

Experts critiqued Canada's economic framework and labor practices, stating that systemic issues have increasingly led to violations of human rights, particularly affecting vulnerable populations.

The committee specifically addressed the need for Canada to strengthen its efforts in upholding human rights in the face of economic challenges and rising inequalities. This emphasis reflects a broader concern that the current economic situation not only impacts growth but also threatens fundamental rights and freedoms.

Amnesty International (2 for 2).

There is no way your family has lived in Canada for 100 years. English is not your first language. Your grammar and syntax give you away. You can't even lie effectively. Every time you're caught lying, you double down.

You're now moving the goal posts since your "Human Rights Commission Report" has been debunked, and now turn to indigenous rights, which clearly are still at issue.

Tell us again how CSIS is destroying your life. Everyone is out to get you. And the government won't let you leave.

Nice try to gaslight me. It will not work comrade.

For all your efforts for the easy ride in life on behalf of the state, similar to what an old Soviet government official might enjoy; nothing can stop the decline especially now that America has remove favoured status from us and stopped subsidizing the kakistocracy here.

I would not be the type to sing and dance for my Soviet masters...

I'm not the one doing the gaslighting here asshole. Your post is proof positive you're NOT a Canadian. If you were, you'd KNOW that it's Canada which has been subsidizing the USA. You most definitely are singing and dancing for someone.

I worked all of my adult life in banking and law and I've forgotten more about Canadian law and structures than you ever learned so don't try to bullshit me, or condescend to me you puerile piece of shit.

American companies have been coming into Canada for decades buying up Canadian corporations, and shipping the profits home to the USA, and then wrecking them. American bought the Hudson's Bay Company. HBC had existed for over 300 years, and 20 years after Americans bought it, HBC is bankrupt and gone.

Tim Horton, another of our most iconic companies, is also being destroyed by Americans. Americans buy our oil at a 50% discount and our electricity for lower prices than Canadians pay for it.

Canada is most definitely not in decline. Quite the opposite, and if you weren't so blinded by hate you could see what's really happening. The USA has never "subsidized" Canada.

Where ever you are, you're nowhere near Canada. You may have gone to school here, but you're not from here and don't keep trying to pretend otherwise.

You are so full of it that I cannot take you seriously. You have been trying this shtick for years now. Some before you tried the old common communist "you may have psychological problems".

Here is the reality. Regardless of what you say or what tale you try to weave, those who need to know the truth DO know the truth.

I support my government but it is interesting how you complain about America investing in Canadian jobs, we do not reciprocate and I am sure America would not mind.

Furthermore, we have the worst indebted consumer by far. Our telecom and internet costs the most in the world. Our housing, rent, food, financial...all comically overpriced, many of them former Crown Corporations.

I was once willing to die for Canada so I do not need your lecture. I just want my freedom from this declining caste system, you can entertain the Americans with your fables of how great it is here, they know better and so do multiple U.S department and agencies.

Once again you prove your ignorance about the Canadian economy. As for a caste system, who talks like that in Canada? No one.

As for consumer debt, Switzerland has the highest level of consumer debt:

LEAVE. No one is preventing you from LEAVING. That simply does not happen. No one is forcing you to stay, no matter how many times you tell that lie.

Under Section 6(1) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, every citizen of Canada has the constitutional right to enter, remain in, and leave Canada. This right is fundamental and cannot be overridden by the government using the "notwithstanding clause".

It's laughably easy to destroy your lies with the facts. Keep it up because all you're doing is proving you're lying.

Speak as you please. I have no obligation to even try to convince you otherwise, it is beneath me to even try.

The forum users and U.S government agencies can determine if they deem me credible or not. With all I know it is impossible to discount the details.

The US government agencies aren't giving you the time of day. Neither are the forum users. If they did, you wouldn't be allowed to post about it on a pubic message board.

Like I said, it's laughably easy to prove you're lying. Every time you post about life in Canada, you prove you know nothing about Canada.

"Speak as you please" is not a Canadian expression. It's a mis-translation of "say what you want". When you can't even use Canadian expressions properly, you prove to everyone that you're lying..

You're not fooling anyone here, or anywhere else. I will continue to call out your bullshit and your lies, every time you post them.

I speak proper English with a mix from the former motherland. I am surprised you are not familiar with English.

Your family came here 100 years ago and you're still talking like they did in the motherland. Try to keep your lies straight. Catching you in a lie is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Like I said, every time you post, you prove you're lying about everything.
