The court has to *allow* you to withdrawal your plea. And of course, explain why your sworn testimony before the court when pleading guilty should be ignored by the court.

Its very much a 'were you lying then or are you lying now' scenario. Which is why the court so rarely permits it.

It happens all the time when a new witness shows up, the prosecution hid exculpatory evidence, or the defendant decides he'll take his chances. He was accused of lying to the FBI....he was put in a very tough spot and Mueller's team was breaking Flynn financially with legal fees threatening to look into Flynn's son who worked for General Flynn....so to end it and save what was left of his wealth he did what Mueller wanted...he admitted to lying to the FBI...but then the FBI said publicly that Flynn didn't lie to them but it wasn't until after Flynn was already convicted....


Is this kind of crap acceptable in America by half the nation?....if so we will have to get it on....because its not acceptable to me......

We have seen in earlier reports the FBI agents who questioned Flynn said they did not believe he was intentionally trying to mislead them that being the case there really was no reason to give him prison time. As for what Flynn was cooperating with Mueller about I have no idea what that is so I'm not going to post some fantasy about what it might be more than enough others here to do that.
