No but there would be a far far far far lower percentage of crime especially if added muslims to the group--------probably see what atleast 70% drop in crime immediately based on stats. You would see law enforcement and the populace get more intolerable of deviant behavior and you would likely see white criminals dealt with more harshly with longer sentences resulting even in less crime as they would be out loose causing trouble.

Blacks are as a group far more violent-------and commit far more crime. They are also larger as a group and more prone to drug abuse making it physically harder to subdue them----------meaning they have to be shot to stop their rampages.
