My opinion is laid out in a lot more detail a few pages back but there is something here that concerns me, seriously.

Assuming he's angry, frustrated, or whatever you want to call it over the HCR legislation and not doing this for other reasons, why take it out on his patients? Wrong audience, classless move, and really unprofessional IMO. More important, it speaks to a wider problem of people targeting each other with their anger while the usual suspects who actually make the laws keep getting reelected - and keep getting away with it.

Still doesn't mean he had no right to do it, but I do see it as a symptom of a bigger problem.
