I found a site through Snopes that is not only a lobby combating frivilous lawsuits, but hands out an annual award to the dumbest warning label on a product (since behind every dumb warning label is a dumber lawsuit).
This year's winner is a heat gun and paint remover that reaches temperatures of over 1000 degrees. The warning? "Not to be used as a hair dryer."
The web site can be found here: http://www.wackywarnings.com/
