Trying to manage the growth so it won't kill the goose that laid the golden egg is a constant fight.

Sprawl brings liberal dem transplants....It's a constant fight in my AO to keep the planning and zoning boards from cutting sweetheart deals with NOtVA developers and the local lawyers and local gop politicians that get donations (kickbacks) from them.

I take no issue with by right build-outs but if you are not careful Joe Farmer will sell his place to some realtor who in turn will turn a 1-5 acre by-right build out to 1/4 acre if you don't stand on all involved with both feet.

They are about like convicts....They have all the time in the world to plot and plan against you.....That is what they do.
