At what point is asking me for ID unconstitutional?
When the law enforcement officer demands your ID without probable cause, as outlined in the 4th Amendment.
Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution - Wikipedia
Okay, now that has likely been hashed out and settled a bunch of times, but what is unreasonable search and seizure? And really, the 4th should not apply to non citizens, especially after violating the laws I linked to above. That aside, how would asking for is to vote be unreasonable search and seizure? I mean, if it were why didn't the judge just say that?
I know that i have stated the obvious on this thread at least 10 times. There is no such thing as an illegal alien until a court of law pronounces them guilty of entering the US illegally. Therefore, the constitution applies to everyone on American soil who has not been convicted of entering illegally. Until that happens, they are "undocumented", not "illegal"
The two words mean the same thing.
If you can't show your documents you are breaking the law and you are here illegally.
Stop trying to make the two words as being different.
They aren't.
Not true. If Sergent Fascist cop arrests someone for not showing his documentation, he is nothing but an undocumented alien, suspected of being an illegal alien. Only a judge can change him from being "undocumented", to "illegal". In fact, once they get to the police station, if jose calls his wife and has her bring his documentation down to the precinct, he is neither undocumented, nor illegal.
You are correct, they have proved they are here legally and no harm other than an inconvenience, which is life in general.
The left protect the lawless.
Not the law
