To bad so sad, because Trump is the commander and chief, and he can order audits and investigations into government agencies in which he is formerly (as the president), put in charge of by the American people.

Are you going ok when you personal information gets splatted over X, sold to China or on the Dark Web? Or do you do you think you are protected because you are a Trump supporter?

Why do we need books in a thread?

This is not about any judges (and it might be good to remember the three branches are co-equal).

Would you like the people I referenced, who lack the clearances, training and ethics agreements to access your most sensitive data?

For example, here is one of the DOGE mob fishing around in our data…he got fired for leaking company secrets to a competitor. Yup, that the kind person we need to run aging through our SS, medical, employment, tax data….

Please remember that the Constitutional Head of the Executive Branch - The Honorable Donald J Trump - has delegated the responsibility to Elon Musk .

Secondly , the Biden Administration granted Mr. Musk a Top Secret CLearance.

There is nothing honorable about Trump, but that is irrelevant.

The issue is less Musk directly than those who work under him:

Are you comfortable with these people going through this data?

Have they had the kind training and signed the kinds of agreements that Federal employees have to access this stuff?

Thank goodness tbe courts are waking up.

Because the Democrat's are always using con game's and media propaganda in hopes to fool this nation constantly now. They attempt to make it appear that they are still overwhelmingly powerful when they are absolutely not. They lost, but they are like spoiled rotten rebellious teenagers throwing a tantrum while knowing that they are wrong.

Oh and you were OK with Biden and his merry band of idiot's weaponizing government, hiring 80,000 IRS agents, and going through people's stuff in midnight raids and such ?

Pay back is a witch.. 😆

That's an interesting issue given the fact that we have no idea who was our actual president from 2021 until 2025. And during all pertinent times the NSA, FBI and DHS were monitoring our emails and cellular telephones calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Typical short sighted MAGA tactic: avoid addressing the issue, redirect and project project project.

Do you think you will have special protections when this all goes south?

This should be interesting to watch

Bunch of ignorant fearmongering bullshit.

They're using algorithms to sift through millions of transactions, looking for patterns of behavior...Your and my personal information are of zero value to any of them.

Democrats’ real terror about DOGE and the Treasury

15 Feb 2025 ~~ By Maker S. Mark

There have been increasing histrionics about the DOGE team gaining access to the U.S. Treasury payments system.
For the last twelve years, I have noticed a pattern with the socialists/Democrats: deflect from the real issue by offering a bright, shiny object.
I think that is happening with the Treasury histrionics right now. The screeching has been about DOGE having access to the Treasury payments system (the bright, shiny object), as if that were the only relevant system the Treasury operates.
We learned about the Biden Crime Family in part from the Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) generated by (you guessed it) the U.S. Treasury. What do SARs tell us?
They are an indication of financial activity outside the norm. If there were transactions between, say, a grantee of a USAID grant and, say, a congressman or his family member, there would likely be a SARs generated on that payment.
Imagine the ultimate socialist nightmare: an A.I. that connects the SARs reports with the questionable grants being awarded. If there are inappropriate financial relationships between parties, one way to find them is via SAR reporting. I think this is the real reason the communists are afraid, and that is the real reason they don't want DOGE to get access to the Treasury systems.
~Snip~
There are crazy histrionics around DOGE getting access to the Treasury, but the focus has been on the payment system the Treasury has. I think that is a distraction, and the real aim is to keep DOGE and A.I. away from the SAR reporting. If there is inappropriate financial business activity, this is one sure way to expose it. It’s the master plan for ending fraud and corruption — an A.I. connecting U.S. grants, SAR data, and government officials. This is the ultimate nightmare for the socialists and the uniparty.

Commentary:
Neo-Marxist Democrats and their ideological flunkie judges have expressed that they want to protect privacy, and that is why they have blocked other government agencies such as DOGE.
The people doing the blocking care not for our privacy, security, or anything else they are claiming for us right now. The only thing they care about is protecting themselves.
The jig is going to be up soon. They should start fleeing while they can. Tell them to get out of DC, move their assets to protect themselves, because it’s coming for them. IMHO, they absolutely deserve it. Trump’s got this right.
The Executive branch of the government is NOT subordinate to the Judicial branch. Federal judges do not tell the President what to do any more than the President gives orders to the federal judges. If and when push comes to shove, Trump should flat out defy the court rulings. “Justice Marshall has made his decision…”
Joey B. violated SCOTUS decisions as he pleased on at least two occasions, much less a lower court decision for injunction.
Watch what happens to Act Blue as it's funding dries up. Democrats will soon have no campaign money next cycle.
Also, would love to see phone records of these judges who are trying to stop Trump.

It is why Trump can't waste anytime on destroying the specific positions of those who are actively working within the government to stop the people from learning the truth about the money and about the anti-American agenda in which the Democrat's and their allies have been running against the people of this country for year's now. If you leave a rotting apple in the bag, then it will eventually rot the entire bag of apples quickly.

You no, there is a right way to do things and a wrong way to do things. Trump et al seem intent on being as nasty as possible in everything they do.

Intentions matter and since Trump et al love to brag about their exploits, it' fairly easy to draw a line from stated intentions through follow-up to harm.

At least no one is pretending to be anything other than exactly who and what they are now.

A federal judge early Saturday morning blocked Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency from accessing sensitive Treasury Department records that contain Americans' personal data such Social Security numbers and band account information.
U.S. Distrcit Judge Paul Englemayer issued the order after 19 Democratic attorneys general sued the Trump administration. The suit, filed in federal court in New York City alleges the Trump administration allowed Musk's team access to the Treasury Department's central payment system, in violation of federal law.
The payment system DOGE was able to gain access to handles payments for tax refunds, Social Security benefits, veterans' benefits and much more. The system is responsible for sending out trillions of dollars every year and contains a expansive network of Americans' personal and financial data.

Trump charged Musk's so called Department of Government Efficiency, often referred to as DOGE, with discovering and eliminating what The White House has deemed to be wasteful government spending.
DOGE’s access to Treasury records, as well as its inspection of various government agencies, has ignited widespread concern among critics over the increasing power of Musk, while supporters have cheered at the idea of reining in bloated government finances.
In a statement to the AP, New York Attorney General Letitia James, whose office filed the lawsuit, said DOGE’s access to the Treasury Department’s data raises security problems and the possibility for an illegal freeze in federal funds.
“President Trump does not have the power to give away Americans’ private information to anyone he chooses, and he cannot cut federal payments approved by Congress,” said James, a Democrat who has been one of Trump’s chief antagonists. “Musk and DOGE have no authority to access Americans’ private information and some of our country’s most sensitive data.”
Also on the lawsuit are Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

The workers associations argue that Trump lacks the authority for his swift dismantling of a six-decade-old aid agency enshrined in congressional legislation.

A federal judge in Washington on Friday handed Elon Musk's government efficiency team a win by declining a request to temporarily block it from accessing sensitive data from at least three federal agencies.

What is congress saying about going around them? are they not the ones who authorize?
