Some measure of justice can be found in civil law when criminal law fails; let’s hope Rittenhouse is made to pay dearly. Not possible, another idiot Dim judge allowed this suit to move forward.
Rittenhouse traveled to another state in an effort to murder Americans of color engaging in lawful, peaceful protest – and the reprehensible right attempts to defend him.No, we said that the murdering cop who shot the unarmed woman on J6 should be in prison. Its you on the reprehensible left that thought murder was allowable.

Kyle is an admirable young man. We need a hundred thousand young men like him. What happened to him was not his fault.how does it reflect against the patriot movement?? if nothing it shows how more important it is,, due to a young man stepping up and doing what men should be doing,, let alone the politicians that allowed and even encouraged it,,
What is there to defend, shit for brains? To attempt to defend the likes of Rittenhouse is to attempt to defend the indefensible – such is the reprehensible right.
Whaleshit insanity. You’re spreading 100% malicious nonsense. You really are the worst most inhuman trash.Rittenhouse traveled to another state in an effort to murder Americans of color engaging in lawful, peaceful protest – and the reprehensible right attempts to defend him.
Sounds like what you are pining for has already been tried.Kyle is an admirable young man. We need a hundred thousand young men like him. What happened to him was not his fault.
We should have had an organization there. People arriving to help out should have been incorporated into it. Such an organization should have had some training in how to deal with riots. (For one thing, until the other side is armed with firearms, you should not be.) One obvious tactical precept is: don't let your people get isolated among the enemy.
We don't have such organizations now, except in a few places. The militia movement was a step in the right direction, but (1) it was/is too narrowly focussed on armed conflict -- we're not at that stage yet, so we must prepare for 'sub-lethal' warfare. (2) Some of the militia movement leaders are ... flawed. Steward Rhodes ruined the Oathkeepers, which is a tragedy. Same for the Three Percenters.
The thing is, most people know little history, and not much about how society really works. They get all their ideas from Hollywood -- everyone wants to be Rambo. The militia movement gets a lot of men who want to play soldier, looking all scary in their camo, toting that AR ... but it's just play acting.
There are some people who seem to know what they're doing: the Houston branch of the Texas State Militia does very good outreach work -- building homes with Habitat for Humanity. (PR at this stage is more important than marksmanship.) The former Oathkeepers in Yavapai, Arizona are also on the right track.
I watched the video, Zinc. Rittenhouse wasn't the one who instigated the violence. He was putting out fires that the rioters had set with a fire extinguisher something which enraged the mob. They attacked him and he attempted to run away from them but they pursued him...someone in the mob fired a shot (at whom we'll never know) one of the rioters hit Rittenhouse in the head with his skateboard and at that point he used his rifle to shoot his attacker. Any defense attorney that can't win that civil suit isn't worth their law degree. That will be his argument. Let's see how it pans out.
Ah, Clayton? The guys he shot were white! Duh? This wasn't about racism...no matter how desperately you want to make be about that! (eye roll)Rittenhouse traveled to another state in an effort to murder Americans of color engaging in lawful, peaceful protest – and the reprehensible right attempts to defend him.
The only black thing about it was rioters and that tried to kick kyle and missed. bunch white thugs trying to murder guy cause they wanted too.Ah, Clayton? The guys he shot were white! Duh? This wasn't about racism...no matter how desperately you want to make be about that! (eye roll)

He has already been aquitted of the criminal charges. A jury determined that the murders he committed were self defense.I watched the video, Zinc. He should have not been there to start with, but they should be suing the adults who allowed him to be there with a weapon. He has already been aquitted of the criminal charges. A jury determined that the murders he committed were self defense.
A civil trial won't be re-trying or re-litigating whether the murders were self-defense or not. The main question will be whether Rittenhouse acted irresponsibly that night. Whether a better choice by Rittenhouse could have avoided the entire thing.
And the answer is probably yes.
He could have easily stayed home.
Instead he borrowed a weapon, crossed state lines, waded straight into trouble, and then in the end got to shoot people with the weapon he brought along.....TO shoot people with!
Truth be told his criminal trial probably should have resulted in a premeditated (murder I) verdict, but he got lucky.
He may not be as lucky in civil court.
With all due respect, Zinc? The fact that those "protesters" attacked him when he tried to extinguish the fires they'd set with a fire extinguisher makes it rather clear to me that he would have been beaten if he hadn't had that rifle! That mob chased him even though he had a rifle...what do you think they would have done if he hadn't had the rifle to defend himself?
When you're attacked because you're putting out fires that an arsonist has lit...you're not the bad guy. When you attempt to run from those who are attacking you rather than shooting them...you're not the bad guy. When you are struck in the head by a skate board by someone and only THEN do you shoot...you're not the bad guy! How you arrive at "premeditated murder" from what took place that night baffles me! This is about as clear a case of self defense as you could ever find and multiple videos of what took place make that quite clear. He has already been aquitted of the criminal charges. If the shoe fits you know?Yep. You can't argue with a liberal for more than five minutes without Hitler making his appearance. His ghost must be worn out from being dragged into every argument by desperate liberals. (Of course, the nearest thing we have to Hitler's youth in America is AntiFa, and the campus brownshirts that howl down and even physically attack conservative speakers.)
You obviously haven't watched the videos of what took place, Surada. Instead of making comments that I've lied...I suggest you do.That's a lie. They didn't attack Kyle. BTW, how did he manage a fire extinguisher and his weapon? Rittenhouse lives in fantasy like George Zimmerman.
Actually, he was there to prevent the typical Antifa/BLM mantra of shooting people and burning down buildings. When his life was threatened, he took the necessary action to protect himself and rid the world of a couple of scumbag thugs that you worship.Rittenhouse traveled to another state in an effort to murder Americans of color engaging in lawful, peaceful protest – and the reprehensible right attempts to defend him.
