Depends on who you're asking.
Democrats assume he's guilty of something....so going on a witchhunt is justified.
The problem here is they have no probable cause to begin an investigation. So basically they have no warrants.
However....they do have evidence that someone tried to blackmail him.
But this is a common occurrence if you are an associate of Donald J. Trump.
The only proof they have is lies generated by the media. Other than that....they're just looking for dirt.

It's a clear pattern of MSM making a claim of a crime and the FBI using the media claim as justification to open an investigation. MSM tried to claim DeSantis prioritized vaccines to neighborhoods that donated to his campaign.
