No, I'm correct. IF they indict him and I'd bet nearly everything I own that they WILL, they will try him in a DC court and the same kind of jury that let Sussman go, will try to crucify Trump. The only unknown variable is whether a change of venue might be allowed but I doubt it very much.

The good news is that no matter what they convict him of, they cannot stop him from running again.

There's nothing to convict him of. And, if they try, they would most certainly lose the midterm elections. Personally, I would like to see Trump not run and back DeSantis. I think Trump Supporters would get behind him and we would have a lot of moderates Democrats vote for him as well.

Then consider what Zuckerberrg said about the FBI telling him to pull anything off FB that stated the laptop was legit. Now of all things, the FBI admitted today they did indeed take attorney/ client documents from Trump, but will return them when they feel like it. Clearly a violation of the forth Amendment since the warrant didn't say anything about attorney/ client documents. How did they know they were attorney/ client documents? They read them.
