No, I'm correct. IF they indict him and I'd bet nearly everything I own that they WILL, they will try him in a DC court and the same kind of jury that let Sussman go, will try to crucify Trump. The only unknown variable is whether a change of venue might be allowed but I doubt it very much.
The good news is that no matter what they convict him of, they cannot stop him from running again.
