Hutchinson went to the committee to expand her testimony and be more forthcoming. Cheney, Hutchinson, Farrah and the text messages all corroborate this.

I believe the us Congress found a lot of compelling evidence and reported such. Certainly enough for the DOJ to continue the investigation into the criminal conduct of Liz and the rest of the Jan 6th committee

There's nowhere near enough for the DoJ to continue anything unless you can show me where Cheney intimidated, threatened, harassed or corruptly influenced her.

Because that's what the law requires. Without evidence of that, there's no evidence the law was broken.
