FBI screwed up royally. Opening boxes on the premises tainted whatever evidence there was.

Still unwilling to be on topic. Has to suck ass to be you, okfume. šŸ˜‚

Topic is still the question of whether the ā€œevidenceā€ is tainted.
Write an OP to yourself douchebag. Tell everyone how you stay on topic, have thin skin and don't give a shit about anyone but me.

Now get back on topic and quit trolling like you tell everyone else.

Oh, aren't you special.
Maybe. But you are aren’t. And why can’t you manage to post on topic?

Let’s make it easier on you. Is the evidence tainted in your estimation ? Why or why not?

The topic, you flea ******, isn’t about you or about me.

Now, get on topic or suck another bag of dicks.

Was the evidence tainted?

How do you know you’re not a figment in someone’s dream? You might just be in my dream and not real. How do you know?
I know that they are doing a shitload of leaking to the press but they aren't arresting anyone.
Why is that?

Are you getting back to the 'planted evidence' excuse again?

Wouldn't it be more likely that the FBI agents were totally aware of how the stolen documents must be handled?
When the 2 dozen agents entered the premises and had full run of the property for 10 hours, there was no way to monitor what they were doing during that entire period. Therefore they cannot in a court of law prove beyond A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that everything they did was legitimate and legal. This is obviously a last ditch attempt to criminalize Donald Trump and it will fail miserably for the reasons I described.

Yeah, that's what you're doing.

They planted evidence for 8 hours and then they searced for 2 hours. Sounds reasonable to me!

There is not a single problem with how the FBI and DOJ handled this.... Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray made certain all eyes were dotted and tees were crossed....

The search warrant was legitimate, the search itself was legitimate, and the process to sort out any attorney client privilege stuff by a separate team, before giving to the FBI was legitimate, and all according to the Search Warrant specifications, the Judge Magistrate approved, and all according to protocol standards for legal searches.

They were very careful this time, to make certain no one messed up and did something foolish, or illegal. They knew what was at stake, and Trump's penchant to lie and cry victim.

The collection agents for the search warrant had to open boxes to determine if they met the search warrant parameters....that is PROCEDURE, silly one!

And close circuit tv security in every corner of the mansion, watched the agent's every move. No one planted evidence.
FACTS!!

Here’s your game. If they arrest him you’re outraged if they haven’t arrested him you’re outraged. The end result with you is the same.

However they just got the information. I’d take it slow too. He is the ex President even if he is disgraced.

That must be why one of them had to resign.

If he broke any laws he had to be booked into custody so he could post bail.
But to date all we've seen is a bunch of leaking to the press of information that cannot be verified nor used in a court of law.
So the point of all of this is to disgrace him.....but the problem with that is nobody trusts the FBI anymore.

Silly one,

The raid was during DAYLIGHT

FROM 10AM TO 6PM

You've been had, by FAKE right wing NEWS.
The raid started at 9am and lasted for up to 12 hours....so anyone who knows when the Sun goes down in Miami (a couple of hours before 9pm)..those pics are toward the tail-end of this fiasco.

It was tainted when they started pulling the shit out of file boxes and taking photos and then sending it out all over the internet.

We aren’t seeing leaky press info. We are seeing legal filings the president is forcing. He forced the subpoena by taking the documents, he forced the warrant by not turning documents over and said he had none, he forced it public by tweeting about the ā€œraidā€, he forced the photos of what was found out by filing for a special master.

He really is wrong here and his own worst enemy. The question is, do you care?

No....what we are seeing is the same SOBs that tried to get him booted out of office for 4 years are still at it.
Trump is just trying to do what he thinks is right for this country and these traitors are still in charge....and are still trying to get him.
The only reason this is going on is because the same pricks that set him up in Russian Collusion under task-force Crossfire-Hurricane are still in the FBI doing the same dirty tricks.

No. I don’t think that’s what ā€œtaintedā€ means. But I understand that they have possibly created an issue with the chain of custody. Probably not though. That’s something they should know how to handle.

Tainted evidence is any evidence you cannot say is genuine.

No. That’s not it.

It’s close. But that’s not what it means, exactly.

To be admissible, all evidence needs to have a proper foundation laid. If some evidence (or piece of evidence) is allegedly tainted, an objection to its admission will lead to some voir dire about the evidence and maybe it’s bona fides including (sometimes) the chain of custody. Then the judge makes the call.

What I’m saying is that opening the box doesn’t necessarily ā€œtaintā€ that evidence — because the party offering the evidence may still be able to establish that it nevertheless is what it purports to be and hasn’t been altered (and also they need to demonstrate that it’s relevant to some material issue in the case)
