FBI scheduling interviews with 6 lawmakers who encouraged military members to refuse 'illegal orders'

I'm thinking that the Bondi rumor is likely true.
She has not got a great track record so far.

Granted she has been piloting a ship with a hostile crew...but that's not really an excuse.
Kash has been busy. (Obvious) And if Kash has given Bondi's office lots of files with evidence and she hasn't done much with them....(Which is obvious) then she is the one not doing her job.

And Trump has never had any compunction or reservations about firing anyone....he had a whole television game show "You're Fired".
Bondi has had plenty of time to go on Fox News but hasn't had enough time to review the Epstein files supposedly on her desk?

She talks a great game but when it came time for producing results she has nothing to show? That will get someone fired in most instances. Yes, the job is political but that doesn't mean you cannot have results.

Just because she thinks she can't win with the DC circuit or Federal courts is NOT an excuse. She is there to manage an office of prosecutors. Not go on Fox News and look pretty. Where are the indictments for the many cases of politician wrongdoing all over the media?

Her actually bringing forward any indictments or formal charges has become a joke. It's time to stop the nonsense and that means firing her.
Not sure if you noticed, but recent announced criminal prosecutions by DOJ were being investigated for several years.
You seem to want instant justice which would be a rush to judgement.
I hear that all the time here. People expecting massive indictments and prosecutions fifteen minutes after Trump was inaugurated.
It doesn't work that way.

I never said that. Military should question authority because the presidents authority is not unlimited.

There are serious questions as to the legality of Trump’s orders.
No there isn't, even the Dembots here admitted that there was no illegal order.

Stop lying./

“Vetted” by a bunch of MAGA loyalists doesn’t mean they’re legal.

Trump has been hiding the legal rationale for his strikes in the Caribbean. That would indicate that they don’t want this to be scrutinized.

Spare me. As a point of comparison, there are entire cities that completely ignore federal law and provide protection for illegal aliens. Just because you fools label them as undocumented doesn’t change the absolute undeniable fact that they are in the country illegally. Where is your outrage? You don’t care about legal or illegal. You only care about your politics and getting your way.

It's been 10 months .....
Just saying.

If the legality of an order has to be determined in court, its not an unlawful order a soldier is taught has the duty to refuse.

Yes, but Marener doesn’t care about that. He/she just wants the military to do as they are told by the Democratic Party, not the President or their superiors.

Local cities aren’t required to enforce federal law and in fact, don’t have the authority to do so. This is a well established legal principle and consistent with the constitution.

Where does Trump get the legal authority to blow up boats in the Caribbean?

Art 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution.

You think the DNC conspiracy to create discord among the military didn't take into consideration the fact that no one in the military would comment?
What part of "the military cannot and will not comment" do you not understand?

All comments are through proper channels. You do not just walk up and ask a soldier or sailor their opinion. They are trained to keep their mouth shut. Don't you know that?

I was once interviewed by a local news station about anti-nuclear protests that happened when my ship was in Spain. When I declined to comment, guess whose interview was scrubbed from their broadcast?

I never said they had to enforce the law, but providing safe harbor and not cooperating with federal law enforcement is a clear violation of the Supremacy Clause. Again, you guys don’t care about the law, you just want things YOUR way.

The president has the authority, and in fact the obligation, to protect the US. That is where he gets the authority.

Time to subpoena the communications of these suspects. If they conspired to cause a mutiny within the US military, they deserve to be severely punished.
How is simply reminding servicemembers of the UCMJ and the oath they took to the U.S. Constitution even a problem? This could only cause a mutiny if illegal orders are given.
