Can you cite the law on "proper research required" before it's mandated to the army?

Speicifcally, what was illegal.

Wasn't illegal due to the emergency I guess, but because it wasn't properly and timely tested, then it was illegal or it should have been illegal to make it mandatory instead of voluntary, otherwise this is based upon it's untested and unproperly time sequencing results in regards to the science that was involved.

Natural immunity being ignored, and basically the Democrats waging war on it was another indicator of them making it all political.

Natural immunity allowed scientist to use antibodies from those who had become immune to then be used in a formulated way to save thousands of lives early on, and this was before the vaccines were even ready yet.

The Democrat political apparatus under it's leaders were shown to be run by some despicable human beings if you ask me, and I think millions in America realize this now.

Mandate for Covid vaccination for armed forces was made in September 2021, after all the medical studies proved efficiency and after 70% of adult population was aready vaccinated.

If thats somehow still "not properly tested" ( ) then go ahead show me what law and fact you base that conclusion on. You simply saying repeatedly "not properly tested" does not make it so.

Some drugs take year's of testing before they get the ok to be made available to the public, let alone be made mandatory that the public must take a drug that has been developed by the government ordering the medical field to do so. The claim that it was safe to make it mandatory is highly questionable.

You are again not answering what you were actually asked.

Just admit it, you can't actually explain what was illegal about the order for armed forces to get vaccinated.

The standard for refusing an illegal order is that a reasonbale person would clearly know that doing this is illegal. No reasonable person buys the nonsense about Covid vaccines supposedly not being legally tested enough after billions of people were already vaccinated and top quality medical studies showed it well tollerated, safe and effective.
