Yeah, we both know what she was doing. There was no need to reiterate a well known rule to the military at a time when they are being instructed to do a thing that the Democrats don’t like. It isn’t a patently illegal thing, just a thing the Democrats don’t like. She is implying that something they are doing is illegal. Those orders are not patently illegal. Also, keep in mind that these orders are vetted at the top levels, not down at the grunt level. Implying that grunts should disobey orders that they have heard, from somewhere, that may, possibly be illegal is seditious because it would cause discord in the military and was not the intent of the rule.

She has not got a great track record so far.

Just because she thinks she can't win with the DC circuit or Federal courts is NOT an excuse. She is there to manage an office of prosecutors. Not go on Fox News and look pretty. Where are the indictments for the many cases of politician wrongdoing all over the media?
