So, really....other than 4 cents a gallon, there has been no improvement by the Trump presidency.

These are not the unlawful orders soldiers are to not obey.
The intent of the videos is to put it into the soldiers' heads that they are, and to resist / disobey them.

I think you under estimate our military......it is illegal for them to not follow lawful orders, and equally illegal to follow unlawful orders.

The 6 were clearly speaking of the latter, unlawful orders, of which many in the military have never and WILL never see....but if they do, they must disobey the unlawful order.

An example would be Trump ordering the military/National guard in to cities in the United States or anywhere within the U.S. to perform domestic law enforcement duties.....which breaks the Posse Comitatus Act, unless there is a declared rebellion or insurrection etc.

Having the Military seize voting machines which he wanted to do in 2020, but the Military had to explain to him, it was an unlawful order.

Trump is a very reactionary unrestrained spoiled silver spooned brat, and acts before thinking or finding out what he is doing is unlawful...he's unpredictable with his lawlessness.

IMHO, the “criminal content” is in the intent of the video. And it’s clear as laid out in 18 USC 2387.

But, that’s for a court to decide should a case be brought against the six. Everyone who’s ever worn the uniform of our great country is trained yearly, on ‘what is an illegal order’… They don’t need the sniveling TDS 6 to tell them. These 6 were/are trying to spark an incident of insubordination. Then when that happens, they’ll be found nowhere in sight for the misguided schmuck that follows their silly video, and thus causing a breakdown in the chain of command…What these six did there was absolutely against the law, and they should’ve stayed in their lane.

You made two large assumptions here, neither of which are backed by anything close to a fact or reality. It is just your butthurt.

I have repeated many times that what they did was wrong. However, making is criminal is a stretch not possible to make by anything that anyone has produced this far.

I personally wish they had not made the video because it proved that the Trump administration is being overreactive to their attempt at hyperbole. It just shows that come conservatives are no better than the liberals when it comes to truth in government.
