FBI scheduling interviews with 6 lawmakers who encouraged military members to refuse 'illegal orders'

We'll see. ;)
No, we won't see, because the rules already exist.

You have no indication that anyone committed a crime. So you don't get to look at their correspondence.

That's how we do things in this country., despite having a fat rapist criminal president.

Won't happen. There are standards of evidence for search warrants.

'we have probable cause that they said FOLLOW THE LAW.' YEA.
What if they go to an obscure federal magistrate known to hate Democrats?

Why would they hide them, anyway?

What do you fear they have to hide?

'FOLLOW YOUR OATH. DO NOT FOLLOW ILLEGAL ORDERS.'

Now tell us IN A Republic, how that is ilegal. You ******* cult vermin.

They did.
And if it can be proven they posted that video with the intent to get servicemen to believe some of their legal orders are illegal, and refuse to follow them, they go to prison.

These progressive tools act like they all thought this up individually and decided to post a video spontaneously.
This was an organized effort by these Democrats and that organized effort may be their undoing.

No they defintiely.got together and planned the video they are all in together

Where do.you get these embarrassingly stupid ideas?

Notice they can't even imagine or invent one possible relevant thing this farce of an investigation might uncover.

Not one single thing. Because they haven't thought that far. They are compulsively behaving per their programming.
It's pretty impressive. I wish I'd been able to write code like that.

Really? What are the "standards of evidence for search warrants"? I always thought it was simply probable cause.
But, go ahead Matlock, tell us.

The fact some fucktard MAGAs think this is ok (not including the Russobots), is why I firmly believe Trump will declare martial law.

The case against Sen. Kelly and the others will go absolutely nowhere. All this sound and fury is just more raw meat for the Trumpist rabid base. The base will thump their chests and generally go ape until they are once again revealed to be the fools that they are.

The US Military Code of Justice makes clear that servicemen are not to follow illegal orders. What is legal and what is illegal can be a tough decision to make and you make it at your own risk.

Lawfulness. A general order or regulation is lawful unless it is contrary to the Constitution, the laws of the United States, or lawful superior orders or for some other reason is beyond the authority of the official issuing it."

Article 92 also references subparagraph 16.c of the UCMJ, which states the following:

"Inference of lawfulness. An order requiring the performance of a military duty or act may be inferred to be lawful, and it is disobeyed at the peril of the subordinate. This inference does not apply to a patently illegal order, such as one that directs the commission of a crime. The lawfulness of an order is a question of law to be determined by the military judge.

In other words, what Kelly and the others said is true. MAGAs can wet their pants in rage, but the lawmakers merely stated what is already existing law.

Time to subpoena the communications of these suspects. If they conspired to cause a mutiny within the US military, they deserve to be severely punished.

This is another attempt to intimidate people who oppose him. There are no laws regarding mutiny and they have legislative immunity as well as free speech rights. The people who are trying to turn the FBI and DOJ into Trump's Gestapo should be arrested under the sedition act.

They don't have to say shit.
Well yes, that is what taking the fifth is.

Simple question: Why did they not invite a single Republican to join them, when there are so many never Trumpers in the legislature?

Doesn't make it a crime on its face. But it merits an investigation. Instead of crying over it, they should cooperate so they don't look guilty.

So you say, but you are not the DOJ/FBI nor the Department of War.
