may 24 2024 The FBI and the Blacks In Government (BIG) Future Leaders in America’s Government (FLAG) program recently signed a memorandum of understanding to acknowledge their relationship and to encourage more cooperative activities between the two organizations.

BIG’s FLAG mission is to create a formal youth structure within BIG’s membership, who BIG will prepare as the new generation of American leaders to act as advocates for the employment and general welfare of Blacks employed by the federal, state, and local governments.

Blacks are ALREADY overrepresented as it is. Just looked it up, and more than 18% are black, when they are only around 12% of the population. That means blacks are overrepresented by 50% already!

The government is already an overpaid playground for workers who couldn’t cut it in private industry - especially at the lower and middle levels. Now, with teleworking 4 days a week, it’s practically free money - paid of course by taxpayers.

We need to streamline government jobs, not use the massive enterprise as a means to provide more favoritism to blacks.

The board doesn't note anything. Society doesn't allow anything, the players on the court/field aren't all there is to the NFL and NBA and they physically compete for jobs. They don't hand in resumes and people get to decide who to pick.

So then the overall question must be osked, since there are more whites playing both sports but when head to head competition is done the majority of better performers of the tasks required to do the jobs end up being black, why are whites the majority in other jobs? Maybe if the same system was used for every job, 80 percent of all the jobs would be done by blacks.
