father of five was detained by ICE on his way to work. Now his family is losing their home

If a detainee is illegal and was arrested in an unconstitutional way, the court would release them?

It's happened before.

Sorry, you just said that, but I'm questioning its accuracy. Is there a court case that says that an illegal, unlawfully arrested, must be released?

What would prevent ICE from waiting outside of the cell that the illegal is released from, and re-arresting him, being careful not to make whatever error was made before?

Maybe. Big waste of time to get rid of one of 11 plus millions.

We are obviously not getting the whole story here

Only what the lib reporter wants us to know about the man who is being deported
That was my FIRST thought on it.

sure,, but the politicians come first,,

I find it wrong to arrest the people when its the polis that created the problem in the first place,,
The Best Immigration Policy Money Can Buy

The wage-gouging businessmen bribed the politicians to let them get away with this. Business and government are fraternity brothers.

These are the types of sob stories the media is going put out there to undermine the effort to fight illegal immigration. The man looks to be about 40 or so years old, so he had twenty something years to fix his status. This is on him, no matter how the media tries to spin it.

Probably all paid actors and a bullshit story.
You don't lose your home in 30 days.
Sometimes it takes up to a year and a half for that entire process.

It won't and you know it won't. To deport 11 million plus people would shut the economy down. Business would close by the thousands. Prices would sky rocket. Shortages would be everywhere. No president is going to allow that to be his legacy.

Your fantasies are just that.
East LA would be turned into a park.

Do you agree with the approach of going after criminals like Tren de Aragua as a priority and only catching the hard working dad types as a collateral detention? Assuming that a hard-working dad somehow finds himself hanging out with Tren de Aragua.
