/----/ democRATs think it's OK to add obvious blue states without Republicans getting a similar number of senators and representatives. An example would be splitting California in half. The southern half would be a blue state, and the northern half would be red. The same for NY and Illinois.

Don't know if it's a dream to add states.. We're good with 50 states IMHO.

Fold all of of our protectorates into existing states....
