And what these frauds will be actually charged with, well, that depends on the particulars of each jurisdiction.

In just Michigan the State AG has arrested 16, and charge each of them with:

The Senate election is a difficult one because on 1/3rd vote. Literally every seat stayed the same except Georgia and Colorado went to Democrats and Louisiana went to Republicans.

In 2014 when the same seats were up for grabs, the Republicans won by 3.5 million votes, took Colorado, had Georgia.

In 2020 they won by 1.8 million votes, worse than 2014, and lost Georgia and Colorado.

Literally the map for the Senate election and the map for the same states in the Presidential election were the same.

Democrats won the House elections by 5 million people. Less people voted in the House election than the Presidential, not surprising as the Presidential election was very divisive made the news a lot. However the Democrats won 17 million more votes than in 2018, the Republicans won 22 million more votes than in 2018.

People went out to vote because of the Presidential election and we're not seeing many differences between the votes.

For example in Alabama in the House the Dems got 608,000 votes, for the Presidency they got 849,000 votes. Are you suggesting that the Dems cheated in Alabama? What'd be the point? Trump got about the same amount of votes in Alabama, 25,000 more votes.

In Alaska Biden got less 6,000 votes than the Dems in the House. Trump also got 3,000 less.

In Arizona Biden got 45,000 more votes than the Dems in the House, Trump got about 25,000 more votes.

There doesn't seem to be anything that suggests any cheating going on.
