It seems that someone was tinkering with things and has broken the board. Page loads are unusually difficult. The window between posts is set to 6 minutes. Why would someone have to wait 6 minutes before making another post? That doesn't make any sense. Navigation is buggered all to hell. It seems about 80% of all navigation attempts redirect elsewhere.
I'm not an expert, but I think that the problem is probably caused by a mod trying to adjust some otherwise benign settings and accidentally causing a cascading error due to incompatible settings. This most like would be found in an administrative settings panel or dashboard. You probably will have some filters or global configurations titled "personal biases management" or something along those lines. It would be a control to set automated responses when you don't like the fact that someone has said something you don't like, or when an arbitrary interpretation of rules in conjunction with selective and arbitrary enforcement leads to unwanted truth which exposes assorted biases.
To correct the problem you will most likely need to reset the personal bias management to default configurations. Often times certain combinations of personal bias settings will conflict with internal logic. For example, if you assign boolean values for "two legs" and "four legs" as "bad" and "good" respectively, but then set their relational operators as two legs > four legs, you will likely see the kind of error that is currently being experienced. It may also help if you perform the reset while naked, so as to avoid any panty bunching.
Thank you in advance to the USMB staff for addressing this problem. You guys do a bang-up job around here!
