The Navy is putting out shorts highlighting the people working on the carriers called Faces of the Flight Deck.



This is dangerous work in an environment where mistakes can be fatal.

When Adak Alaska had a small Naval base I was up there and a Navy repair ship came in and every flippin female on that ship was pregnant.

The experts report that out of the fleet of 11 US aircraft carriers about half are out of dry/repair dock and ready for combat at any one time . Say six .
The Russian Kinzhals or the Avanguards would sink all of them in a morning .

Up to Mach 15 or more in downward trajectory--- the eye cannot pick them up and radar is blind .

Same for the F16s which will just fall out of the sky .

Something that poor Fleegle and many others have no inkling of .
