In a medium sized rice cooker put
2 cups of Goya Long grain ( or any ) White rice
2 1/2 cups of water if you like firm rice
3 cups of water if you like it sticky
3 Table spoons of Goya Olive Oil
6 packets of Goya Sazon
1 Stick of butter ( optional but makes it heavenly! )
1 Tablespoon of Goya Adobo
Set the cooker and leave it for about 45 minutes..
After you pop the lid on the rice add one can of Goya Kidney beans
and one can Goya Golden Corn kernels......stir it in and serve!
Goes great with any kind of chicken or beef but is also a stand alone vegetarian meal with
plenty of protein in it. Not vegan if you use the butter.
You will be addicted immediately....I've been making this for years.
