There's absolutely nothing that they can examine Environmentally that would take them two months to determine.

It's pretty transparently a bullshit story designed to cover for the fact that they're simply stalling Musk because he's so far ahead of their favorite boy.

If you read the story the FAA is just stalling thanks to 18,000 comments on the project rather than amy specific reason for delay
