There are ways to respond when approached by a police officer. Blacks LOVE to ARGUE, THREATEN and generally mouth offThere is no excuse for these consistent occurrences.

Sorry, legally in the garage minding his own business.
Bam, bam, bam, bam. Dead.
Murder.
So? This does not mean that people cannot mistake what one's holding in one's hand to be a weapon. He was doing as he was instructed.
You shouldn't go anywhere near a jury. You are hugely biased (you badly want to put a white man in jail) and furthermore, your brain doesn't seem to work very well.Bam, bam, bam, bam.

I read the story but could not find what the white cop was doing in some garage.
Was he called there because there was a disturbance? Maybe he went in there thinking there could be trouble.

Personally I tend to sympathize with the white cop. Black people, especially black men, are very dangerous. They are constantly resisting arrest and having encounters with the law enforcement. If I were a cop and I saw a black man holding up what I thought was a weapon, I'd shoot, too. Better he dead than I dead.

Has nothing to do with me. A jury found him guilty.
You literally are unable to prove that he had the intention to kill Hill deliberately. Stfu before I start to think you're IM2's cousin.Because he was.

Is it because a jury can never be wrong?

This wasn't justice, it was appeasing the black mob. The cop was a sacrifice to avoid riotingSo? This does not mean that people cannot mistake what one's holding in one's hand to be a weapon.

You cannot prove that he truly did have the intention to murder the black man. For all we know, it really was a mistake.
They shouldn't be appeasing the black mob. Just use the courage (and violence) that they employ, when dealing with the "white-supremacists". I mean they have antifa and various other violent groups. Just use the same kind of force on black mobs and soon they will learn not to riot anymore. This wasn't justice, it was appeasing the black mob. The cop was a sacrifice to avoid rioting

The reason black people riot is because they know white people won't do anything to them.
Can you prove that the white cop had the intention to kill Hill deliberately? This has nothing to do with rioting.

A former Ohio police officer convicted of murder in the shooting of Andre Hill, a Black man who was holding a cellphone and keys when he was killed, was given a mandatory sentence Monday of 15 years to life.

Expect a pardon.
But if it's in self-defense, then sometimes its OK (depending on circumstances). If you point your gun at someone and pull the trigger, you deliberately meant to kill them.

It doesn't matter that we later found what Hill was holding was just a cell phone. The important thing is that at the time of shooting, the white cop genuinely thought he was holding a gun.
Well, do we have good reasons to believe that the white cop was lying? Think about the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The article isn't very clear, but I think that when he went in, it was in response to a call, and he was there to investigate, and there was probably music and noise, and he was probably expecting trouble. In situations like this, it is understandable that he reacted that way to what he perceived as serious threat.Just go around blasting people with cell phones and say you were scared.
