This election, as in no other, the volume of mail-in ballots was huge. In most states, the ballots come in and are securely stored until election day. In Georgia it is illegal to count the mail-in ballots until election day. Now if you have ever worked in a voting center, you would know that on election day you are busy and focused on the voting going on. So the mail-in ballots were not counted until the polls closed. Given that fewer Trump supporters believed the pandemic was real, and more Biden supporters do believe, it is not surprising that far more of the mail-in ballots were for Biden.

And the republicans saw this coming. Why else would Trump have gone to such lengths to cripple the postal services ability to handle a large mail-in vote?

Some truth lies in this, but it doesn't explain the 4:30 AM vote dumps of 140,000 votes for Biden in Wisconsin, simultaneously with none for Trump.
That is just impossible. Even in an overwhelmingly liberal place like New York City, Trump ordinarily would get at least 20% of the vote.

They saw Trump was just about to win, they didn't have much time, and they got drastic, that's all.
