Now this is really saying something when the far right's main propaganda outlet is turning on Cruz!

Much I'm sure has to do with Cruz's monumental failure poll which showed the vast majority of people on his facebook page are better off now with the ACA in place, with the top comments praising it.

The ACA rollout hasn't brought the apocalypse, just the opposite, people now with affordable coverage or healthcare for the first time in their lives :eusa_clap:

The hosts of Fox & Friends on Tuesday warned Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) that fewer and fewer people were backing his crusade to repeal President Barack Obama’s health care reform law.

“I think at this point it is abundantly clear this thing it isn’t working,” Cruz told the Fox News hosts the morning after the White House announced that it was on track to meet its goal of 7 million enrollees. “You can’t fiddle around the edges. I think it is the essence of pragmatism to recognize this thing isn’t working, and let’s start over, let’s repeal every word of it.”

“You know, you’re kind of in a minority when it comes to that,” host Steve Doocy pointed out. “You look at the polling, Senator, and a lot of Americans like parts of it, would like to see parts of it continue. So, to blow the whole thing up, I don’t know if people are behind that.”

"At long last, senator, have you no shame?"

So Fox didnt turn on anyone. The story concerns two talk show hosts, who presumably do not speak for the Fox network.
They didnt turn on Cruz, they pointed out some elements poll well, which has been known for a while.

I knew there couldn't be a thread by Black Asshole that wasn't a lie.

Co-host Brian Kilmeade reminded Cruz that Americans supported many provisions of the Affordable Care Act, like protecting people who have preexisting conditions.

“Are you going to go through elements of that to replace it, and where is the Cruz plan?” Kilmeade pressed.

The senator didn’t indicate that he had a specific plan to replace the president’s law, but instead repeated some conservative principles: allow insurance to be sold across state lines, health savings accounts, and decoupling health insurance from employment.

In other words, Cruz and republicans have no plan.

And Cruz’s ‘conservative principles’ won’t do anything to address the problem of Americans not having access to affordable healthcare.

Yeah, they basically pointed out that Cruz was lying.....seems pretty clear to me...:)

And by the way you are responding, I think you are a tad upset that Teddy's story does not hold water....tsk, tsk....

I think certain people on Fox News want to break that Cult Logic.

Republicans want a media and Fox News isn't it.

Something is going to change soon. Quote me on that.

IOW you don't know WTF you're talking about.
This meme of "Republicans have no plan" comes up at least once a day here. And no matter how many links to the various GOP plans we supply, the same meme comes up the next day.
But even if we went back to what we did before Obamacare, that would still be a better plan than Obamacare. Over 95% of people were happy with their health care plan, with their doctor, and with their hospital. No one is happy with Obamacare. Least of all elected Democrats facing elections this year.

NO they basically didnt.
I realize a simpleminded idiot like you can't distinguish anything more subtle than this but that isnt what happened at all. C ruz didnt lie. Maybe you have him confused with Obama?

Interesting. So anyone who tries to characterize MSNBC based on what is said by its show hosts, like Maddow, Matthews, Schultz, O'Donnell,

those people are full of shit? Those people are ignorant? Because those hosts do not speak for MSNBC?

Is that your postion? Are you sure you want to go with that?

In order to repeal the ACA, the GOP would now have to throw 10 million or more Americans off their healthcare coverage.

That's a lot of 30 second Democratic campaign commercials showing people who'll lose their insurance if the Republican candidate gets his way...

The Republicans have no plan.

Plain and simple.

Neg rep for lying.
People have provided linkls to the GOP plan over and over. But it remains a convenient talking point to dismiss opposition.

Well then, you tell us,

what does the GOP plan do with the millions of Americans who now have Medicaid because of the Medicaid expansion in the ACA?

Most of what Republicans have been touting.....Health savings plans, tort reform, interstate sales can be done in addition to Obamacare

They have yet to justify repeal outside of their hatred of all things Democrat
