To the best of my knowledge, thoughtful people do not pay any attention to either Ms. Hill or the Rev. Mr. Sharpton.

Therefore, the only people who respect their opinions are people who have similar views.

Thoughtful people do pay attention to these guys as they do others, Whites who are racists discount what they say.
 
I had never heard of Ms. Hill either until I read a report that an ESPN reporter had made racist remarks and that some people were demanding that she be fired.

Of course, ESPN was reluctant to fire a person of color.

Since I never watch ESPN, I do not know the final disposition of the case.
