This is a clear case of "inciting violence" and thus he should be arrested.
As the concept of blacks going on a white killing rampage, logically it wouldn't turn out well for those that began such a campaign. Blacks comprise just 13.8% of the population and subtracting for children and many of the women that are not violence prone, you have a percentage of the population in the single digits.
The so called liberal activist, is perhaps thinking that it will be a way of reducing the blacks population. After all, the major history of the Democrat Party regarding blacks was one of black suppression, the KKK and lynchings.
