Erdogan´s army didn´t vote for him

The Turkish soldiers are not taken with Erdogan so much. The reasons are diverse. The army has been weakened by Erdogan because it is a political power. Erdogan has limited the army´s capabilities by removing staff. The ongoing operations in Syria and Iraq may be another reason. Turkish soldiers are deployed in Islamist terrorist controlled areas and they are embedded in their brigade groups.
Only 19,82 % voted for Erdogan, 65,12 % voted vor Ince (social-democratic). And only 13,52 % voted for Erdogan´s party AKP.
