If you were to pay attention to actual meteorologists, you would see that the reason that all this rain is happening is because the middle of the Pacific is 5 degrees warmer than it's been in a long time.

What's not to like about warm rain? Especially warm torrential rain?

Warm rain makes the mud quicker and slicker and more of California washes into the ocean, where it belongs, faster.
