Uh, that article says nothing about Warren having titles created for her. It's a long history of conveniently invented leadership titles, in Congress, generally speaking.

If anything, if Warren had a personal history of coming into invented titles in her professional history, that would actually speak well for her. It's one thing to convince someone you fit the bill for a current vacancy. But demonstrating that you can fill a need that they don't realize they have is an entirely different matter, and requires a much higher demonstration of capability.
