White men are the majority of workers. Whites are the majority of the empoyed. There is no discrimination against whites in an agency or businsees that is majority white because they happen to hire a person of color instead of somebody white. Whites are not always the best qualified, and unqualified whites are hired before better qualified people of color today.

The only kind of diversity that is really beneficial is diversity of opinion.

The presumed partisans of diversity do everything possible to suppress the books and ideas of Charles Murray, Jared Taylor, and Professor's J. Philippe, Richard Herrnstein, and J. Philippe Rushton.

Those who claim to value diversity try to suppress the books and ideas of those men because they know they cannot defeat their opinions in a candid debate, and they know that their opinions have political implications they fear.

Nobody needs to be exposed to debunked racist ideas.

Chinese have been caught cheating on entrance exams. Standards have been lowered for white legacy students.

Chinese rarely cheat. With an average IQ of 106 they do not need to. Legacy students have rich parents who contribute money to their universities. This cannot be said of poor blacks who are beneficiaries of affirmative action.

Like JoeB131, you cannot distinguish between debunked ideas and disproved ideas. By every objective, measurable criterion Negroes tend to be considerably less intelligent than whites and Orientals.
