Election reform

"What I would say is that the debate over whether or not there was election fraud should occur, we never had any presentation in court where we actually looked at the evidence," he began. "Most of the cases were thrown out for a lack of standing, which is a procedural way of not actually hearing the question. There were several states in which the law was changed by the secretary of state and not the state legislature."

The courts SHOULD have heard these cases. In fact, they had a duty to do so for half the country

Hell, even around 30% of democrats polled think the election was stolen.

Do you know what standing is? ... you cannot sue the electric company for over-charging your neighbor ... only your neighbor can ... that's not a "procedure", that's long established jurisprudence ... in the cases that were filed by The Donald's EV's (who did have standing), all were dismissed due to a lack of legal evidence ...

So far ... no one in this thread has posted a link to a case with any credibility at all ... that's because there are no cases that merit the light of day ... just post one, any one ... if you can't, then you're just being the Bubba ...

ETA: Oregon for sure has laws that allow administration officials to change and add rules during emergencies ... of course Bubba thinks the pandemic is a hoax, so there's no emergency ... good thing Bubba doesn't get elected to high office very often ...
