Educational Film on deviant behavior

So many of these old educational films I am finding on YouTube are interesting. This film illustrates the contrast between a normal, healthy, and productive individual and an individual that has severe psychological problems that result in constant disruptive behavior that wreaks havoc everywhere she goes. It seems the warnings delivered in these old educational films have been ignored and the very behavior they were warning us about has become commonplace in our society.
