Education Of Palestinian Children

So let me get this straight. The majority of Palestinians hold titles or deeds to this land they have lived on for generations now & are not just a bunch of land thieves. Is that correct?

And it is the Palestinians who are the occupiers on Israel's land without any titles or deeds whatsoever.
Not according to official UN records.

There is no relevance here.

Are you saying that all the people in the US who rent houses and apartments have no rights to their country because they own no land?

Al Queda attacked another country.

The Palestinians are at home.

There is no comparison.
Hah? Palestinians are like their Arab Muslim brethren, invaders and squatters. There has never been a Palestinian country or state, ever.

Typical Israeli propaganda blabber.

Palestine has been a country since post WWI treaties.

A country does not cease to exist just because it is colonized/occupied.
Ha ha ha. Talk about bullshit propaganda. Even if what you're saying is true, which it isn't, since Israel was established in 1948, you have to admit having a fictional controversial country for 20 years, means that "Palestine" was never really recognized as a country or a distinct people and culture. It's a made up term by Arab invaders and squatters.

No it hasn't. Palestine was not a country up until 1988.

Keep telling that lie though. It's not as if you have any credibility left anyway.
Yeah, the Jews stole this fictional "country" that existed for 20 years. Ha ha ha.

Holy Shiite, woe be unto them, they be wronged.

A country?

So tell me, please, who were its people, of what ethnic group?

What kind of regime did it have? who was its prime minister, what was its history, its coin? what separated it as a country more then a wishful thinking of some deluded people?

You should ask that about the United States.

BTW, what is your ethnicity?

Funny part is, these terrorist worshippers can't make up their mind. One minute the Palestinians are like the Native Americans, the next minute they're the Founding Fathers, magics would be the exact opposite of the Native Americans..

I guess it's whatever works. As long as Israel and all the Jews inside it somehow magically disappear from the face of this planet. They are in la la land. :cuckoo:

Oh, Tinny - you're hilarious! And way off topic.
It is exactly on topic.

Either end the occupation, or kill'em all.

They want more then ending the "occupation" They don't want Jews to have ANY rights to E. Jerusalem where their Holy Sites are and " Right of Return" which in time would annex Israel to " Palestine" They are not boing to bet either. Abbas is doing Israel a big favor by insisting on them

Nice deflection :clap2:

Oh now I get it. The Palestinians have been "renting" the homes they live in from Israel. Thus they have "rights" to Israel. Take that you Zionists.

Interesting thought.

In international law, when a state is dissolved and new states are established, “the population follows the change of sovereignty in matters of nationality.”5 As a rule, therefore, citizens of the former state should automatically acquire the nationality of the successor state in which they had already been residing.

5 Ian Brownlie, “The Relations of Nationality in Public International Law,” The British Year Book of International Law, 1963, p. 220.

This means that all of the Palestinians whose normal residence was in what became Israel (including the refugees) are now legally Israelis.

Still not going to " return" and in time make it an annex of " Palestine" :D

Dream on! If you rent a home in some foreign country, does that give you "rights" to that country as if you were a citizen?

That would depend on visa and immigration policies.

Neither is applicable in this instance. This applies to normal residence.

So then if my neighbor leaves his home for an extended period of time & I break in, the land & building belong to me?

Guided by the purposes and principles of the Charter,

Recalling its relevant resolutions which affirm the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination,

1. Reaffirms the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people in Palestine, including:

(a) The right to self-determination without external interference;

(b) The right to national independence and sovereignty;

2. Reaffirms also the inalienable right of the Palestinians to return to their homes and property from which they have been displaced and uprooted, and calls for their return;

UN General Assembly Resolution 3236 and UN General Assembly Resolution 3237

Israel sure would like nothing more than Palestinian self determination without Israel having to support & provide for them any longer. Also a Palestinian right to independence & sovereignty. The problem is where can this be so the Palestinians can no longer attack Israel & suck off of Israel for their well being?

The Palestinians want to be far removed from any intervention by Israel. And no surrounding Arab country will grant their Palestinians a right of return. Do you think maybe Mecca might be a nice place for a Palestinian State with self determination, independence & sovereignty?

Right of return is just one of those things that Palestinians need to forget about. It's just not going to happen...

Wrong, Billo-boy. It was never anything else BUT wishing to kill them all. That's why they started the war in 1948 to begin with.

They lost, and whine till today because they refuse to accept the consequences.
Wrong! Arab armies went in to ensure the inalienable rights of the indigenous, non-Jewish population, which was being systematically stripped from them through the use of Jewish terrorist groups.

The Palestine question in the United Nations

The British Government's decision in February 1947 to place the Palestine question before the United Nations was followed by several weeks of examining the various alternatives and the difficulties they entailed.

Meanwhile, violence continued to spread in Palestine as Zionist terrorist groups, now on the offensive, stepped up their attacks and sabotage. Illegal immigration into Palestine increased sharply. With a regular session several months away, the British Government, under the pressure of violence in Palestine, requested a special session of the General Assembly to consider the appointment of a special committee "to make recommendations ... concerning the future government of Palestine"
According to the official UN record, the arab army's went in to stop the Zionists Plan Dalet.

Zionist policies of territorial expansion

As the British Government progressively disengaged from Palestine, and the United Nations was unable to replace it as an effective governing authority, the Zionist movement moved to establish control over the territory of the nascent Jewish State. At the same time the bordering Arab States made clear that they would intervene.

From writings of Zionist leaders, it is evident that Zionist policy was to occupy, during the period of withdrawal, as much territory as possible (including the "West Bank") beyond the boundaries assigned to the Jewish State by the partition resolution.
So that say's, the war started because you fuckers started taking more land that you were given.
