I already did. And the law is in litigation for exactly singling out the PLO when the PLO (Sunnis) has been more than reasonable while Hamas (Shia) is a friggin terror throughout the world. Every law is in litigation, that normal democratic procedure.

But it doesn't mention neither the PLO nor Hamas.
Applies to all foreign nationals, inc. Canadians,
in the case of security offence.

Actually, it does make his case. Israel has only responded to those countries which attacked it. Iran, on the other hand, is a belligerent aggressor against states who have not committed aggressions.

It took me about 2 minutes of research to discover the truth. If Israel warrants demonizing why fabricate stories? In fact, one would think that if your goal is to "criticize" Israel and her actions, it would serve your interests to ensure there is clear evidence it was Israel that committed the act. Otherwise, you look not only foolish, but intentional in your fabricated demonization.

I have been asked repeatedly how "the whole world can be wrong about Israel". This is how. This fabricated story posted on X now has 1.7 million views on the original post alone, never mind the number of shares and reposts. That's millions of people who believe this woman was "shot point blank in the head by the IDF". That's how millions of people can be wrong about Israel.

I read and presented the unofficial "Official" presented law. So you think you found a "Gotcha". Well, cupcake, Bibi and Drumph aren't going to come out of this unscathed. There is a Hague Court waiting for all of them including Putin.

Rylah and I (correctly) claim that Palestinians are not singled out by nationality, religion, or ethnicity by this law. The law applies to everyone who commits a specific crime. The quotes presented in the news article support our claim, not yours.

One might argue that Palestinians lobbing missiles and so forth at a civilian populations, in Israel, MIGHT qualify as more of an impediment.

The Palistinians (Sunnis) were directly name. Meanwhile, the Shia are raising hell. In case you have never learned or stepped in a history class, you would not that the Hamas, Hezzbula and Iran are Shia and through their own religious doctrine, they are to reestablish the Caliphate through violence against any and all no believers. What you do with the Shia, I could care less but the PLO are Sunni's and are directly against the Shias and have been since 632 AD.

Sigh. In the article. Not in the quotes from the text of the Amendment. Here are all the quotes from the Amendment that are included in the article (and these are NOT verified, as none of us have actually seen the Amendment text, except maybe rylah in Hebrew):

"a person who intentionally causes the death of another with the aim of harming a citizen or resident of Israel, with the intent of rejecting the existence of the State of Israel — his sentence shall be death or life imprisonment, and only one of these penalties."

"... his sentence shall be death, and this penalty only."

See anything about "Palestinians"? No. You don't. Because it isn't there.

You DO understand the difference between quote text and narrative text, yes? We USE quote text on USMB all the time.

Look it's quiet obvious you didn't care to take 2 minutes to research the subject, which is at least strange considering the seriousness of it. Nor familiar with the basics of legislation in a democratic society, where every bill and even the discussions during legislation are publicly available.

So at this point, your choice is to either join the choir of pretzels making up easily refutable claims, or demonstrate the unique talent of critical thinking and good will, and learn something from the whole exercise.
