For the second year in a row, Washington has been ranked the top best state in America.

Washington and Seattle have been at the very top or close to it in most studies and ranking since the 70s.

It's one of the reasons why it's expensive to live in some parts of the state.

Unlike other states, people actually want to live in those expensive areas. Capitalism, supply and demand has been driving up real estate prices since the 70s.

Best in education? Is that why every school district in the state has to double tax its citizenry because the democrat state government will not fully fund the education system? The non-responsive democrats even thumbed their noses at the state supreme court when they were fined 100K a day until it was done. That was 4 years ago, they said the house wouldn't fund the fine, so nothing was done.
Seattle, the place where the police are quitting in droves because of non-support. You don't remember the CHAZ/CHOP Zone that Antifa took over for more than six weeks last year. More MSM Bullshit Fake News telling lies and hoping people will forget.
And don't forget his majesty Jay Inslee--the guy who murdered residents of long term care facilities because he wanted to put covid patients there. Locked down the state for four months and still does not have a plan for fully opening the state. Yeah, sounds like the best place in the nation to me--Not. Seattle/Olympia are shitholes.
