I didn't even know I could be so bored with the board. Politics is stuck, nothing new ever happens and when it does, everybody repeats the same tired rhetoric in response.

I think I'm politicked out.

People repeat what they hear and what you say gets lost in the debate.

The partisans reached an impasse and there is ho hope for them.

they cannot change their minds because if they did they'd have to admit that they were not 100% correct.

Some of us are still open to discussing these issues rationally, though.

Some of us are open to new information or a good argument for why we need to rethink or grow in our POVs.

Well. Meanwhile, I may be a bit scarce. Lots of issues I would throw myself into wholeheartedly have gone all lackluster.

Looks like I am going to be spending some serious time with my nose in a book.
