Assume he does for a second…it becomes all about the 3 “blue wall” states. MI, WI, and PA. Before they are counted, the tally would be Trump 268 Harris 226

If Harris gets all 3, I think she’d get the presidency 270-268. (10+15+19)

So Trump would just have to take 1 of the 3.

Anything can happen, but that could end up being the scenario. And boy, with the shadiness we’ve seen in Michigan and PA… it could get ugly again.

It could very well be there's a lot we're not seeing in the polling. A lot of people who will stay home and just don't answer polls, or are not polled. I don't think previous Dem coalitions are motivated by Harris--particularly minority men.

Agree. Three things different this time:

1) The very willingness of judges to take these pre-election cases - including the SCOTUS in VA - shows that courts will be willing to hear evidence in formal court trials this time. And the cheating Dems know it.

2) Also, Lara Trump has done a phenomenal job in getting 100,000+ observers in place to watch as the Dems attempt to count as. Harris votes questionable ballots without matching signatures or fold lines, or ones that are unclear as to who was intended.

3) There will be no midnight halts, in swing states where Trump is ahead, to give counters a break, repair a leaking toilet, or whatever.

Fairfax County in liberal NoVa tried that in the Youngkin governor race: rural counties had 90% of their votes reported by 8 pm, and Fairfax didn’t report A SINGLE VOTE. Why? They claimed the machine that counted the votes was broken.

Stalling is the same thing as halting the count.

Possibly, but you have to remember that while many alarms can be sounded, and videos and evidence shown, if judges throw it out for whatever reason, it’s ignored. And we’ve seen massive judicial activism is this election already.

I think leftist judges would gladly throw cases out that might harm Harris chances of winning, and just say they “don’t have standing”… without any actual reason for ignoring it all.

You are overlooking the obvious. France prohibits mail-in voting because it is too easy to cheat and too hard to detect.
Proving cheating in days is impossible, it takes time to investigate, so the democrats always get away with cheating.

It takes a long time for cases to go to SCOTUS. There wouldn’t be time .

That’s what corrupt local judges would be counting on.

Remember, judges can at the moment do whatever they want.. and months later are “checked” and/or corrected, usually taking tons of money or support to do so. There’s no immediate check on them

And while it used to be that judges largely wouldn’t let their personal desires get in the way, nowadays I think they do, especially the activist ideologues. Todays democrats are so radical they view JFK democrats as hard alt-right conservatives
