A major discussion occurred in (Acts 15) on the matter of circumcision. Paul and Barnabas went to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders( governing body) to end the discussion. Circumcision is no longer required under the new covenant.

Israel religion is cut off-Matt 23:38-39) To this day they outright refuse to do verse 39. Jesus said--they mislead men to NOT enter Gods kingdom Matt 23:13)--He told them--your Father is the devil---thus all who listen to them are in the same boat.
Thus no one need to be circumcised. The followers of Jesus from every tribe, people and tongue have joined the 1 religion Jesus is the head of.
