This is the language in the Statute she SHOULD have been prosecuted under. Except the FIX was clearly in.

Somehow, after Bill's Tarmac Meeting with Attorney General Lynch, the language Comey ultimately used was "extremely careless"....something not mentioned in the statute.

It appears Comey has some more splaining to do....its is also clear to all not willingly blind that Trump was absolutely right to fire Comey....and there is a legitimate argument to be made that he should be in jail himself.
