Does anyone have a clue why when I send a url address to an AOL user
they can’t see it? I only have this problem with one user.

Does anyone have a clue why when I send a url address to an AOL user
they can’t see it? I only have this problem with one user.

The AOL user likely has html turned off in his e-mail options. It could also be as simple as a blue background the same color as the html link depending on how 'they can't see' the link.
